July 4th is just around the corner, time to fire up that grill and invite over a crowd. I was approached by Walmart as one of the Walmart Moms to share a recipe around Independence Day. I can’t think of any better food to eat during our 4th of July celebration than fresh fruit! Pair it will cool and creamy yogurt, it’s sure to be a hit!

This Celebration Salad is super simple to make, only requiring a few ingredients. Easy enough to make minutes before dinner and best eaten immediately. This is one salad I don’t have to worry about my kidlets complaining about.

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 16 oz. carton strawberries, quartered
- 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Celebration Salad
- Directions:
- In a bowl combine yogurt and brown sugar until thoroughly mixed.
- Add in blueberries, strawberries, and marshmallows.
- Toss until well coated.
- Serve immediately.
