Today I want to tell you all about one of my favorite cookies: Biscoff. You may have heard of Biscoff before because they are known for being called “the airline cookie”.

As a Walmart Mom, I was given the opportunity to try out a new Biscoff product that recently hit Walmart’s store shelves and it’s called “Biscoff Spread”.

Now this product may look a bit like peanut butter but it isn’t. It is actually made from real Biscoff cookies and contains no nuts. As a person that prefers creamy peanut butter I was pretty surprised when I tasted and loved the crunchy Biscoff Spread that contains real Biscoff cookie pieces.

The recipe ideas for Biscoff Spread can be endless from using it on your bagel in the morning to dipping fruit to an easy snack like the Banana Biscoff Rollup that my youngest kidlet and I enjoy.

One can use whatever size flour tortilla that may be on hand. I used a medium sized tortilla and it was a bit large for my small banana. Spread the Biscoff Spread all over the tortilla and place the peeled banana in the center. Roll up and slice diagonally in the middle.

Banana Biscoff Rollups are just one way to enjoy the new Biscoff Spread.

Have you tried Biscoff Spread? Are you a fan of Biscoff Cookies?
