Worst Belly Pains

I’ve been having these sharp pains just above my belly button ever since dinner, tonight.  They go all the way to my back.  I can’t slouch over.  I have to sit straight up or it hurts worse.  I’m hoping I just have gas or something of that nature.  Or maybe it is because my uterus is growing some more.  Who knows?  All I know is that I’m uncomfortable.

    Did your pain ever go away? I am having the same issue. This is my second pregnancy and I never had this for the first. I haven’t ate anything weird, so I am not sure why I am having these sharp pains. They are between my belly botton and sternum. I am 20 weeks prego. Just wondering if you are still having them or if you found out what it was…..
