As of late, I have been extremely bored. I’m over my illness but can’t seem to find any motivation to get anything done. I’m excited about moving and want to get started packing up all my crap but I’m not moving for at least a month so packing now seems pointless. I know the minute I pack something up that I’ll have to drag it back out of the box to use it.
I’m really not motivated computer wise, although I did manage to get up a new layout. I have some photos I’m supposed to be manipulating for a friend but can’t seem to find my “creative outlook” to get them looking nice and artsy. I hate to do something that I don’t have my whole heart into, especially if I am giving it to someone, because then the end result doesn’t come out as nice as it would have had I really wanted to do it. Does that make any sense? Or am I just going through a lazy spell??
I did manage to make some rice krispy treats, homemade pretzels, and cinnamon sticks over the weekend, all of which were big hits with the p-nut. I’ll post the pretzels and cinnamon sticks recipe on recipe rush as soon as the motivation hits me.
Today I made another Freezer Paper Stencil. This time on the back of a white button up long sleeve shirt. I made a stencil of the Korean cartoon character “Pucca”. She is so adorable to me and I love her little cartoons on the net. Here are some photos of the finished product…

LOVE your new shirt art!
I have one request… Can you picture the box of the paper you are using? I think we don’t have it in Puerto Rico but maybe if I see the box I will know better what I’m looking for. ;P

I’m sorry I haven’t been here to visit. I didn’t know you were ill. It’s great to hear that you’re better.
The treats you made over the weekend made my mouth water. LOL. Now I have a request; make sure you have pictures of the end result so I drool.
Your shirt is cute. I’m a Pucca fan myself.

Ashar…thanx, I will post a picture of the box next time I make a shirt which might be today since I am thinking about putting some japanese symbols on the sleeves of this shirt.
Drea…thanks, I like the layout too, there are still some tweaking to be done, but that can wait a couple more days.
Oh no, hubby has to have surgery. I thought he was supposed to pass it without any problems. I can’t imagine the pain he is in right now. Poor fella, send him our best! I’ll eat a rice krispy treat for him,
Yeah, I put a pearl snowflake color on her shirt and her hairbows so they would stand out from her face and hands. The paint I use is Tulip Soft Brushable Fabric Paint. It is $.99 a bottle at Michael’s Craft Store. The main colors I use are Velveteen Black, Velvteen White, and Pearl Snowflake. You’ll love it drea. You can even make some shirts for caleb and hubby.
Carla…ha ha, yeah I usually post pictures of the final result when I put up a new recipe on Recipe Rush, I like to know what the food is going to look like when I’m trying a new recipe.
Yeah! for Pucca fans! She is just so adorable, how could you not love her?
