I’ve been up since 4:30 this morning.  I’m running on roughly 5 hrs. of sleep.  Why you ask?  Hubby so graciously informs me last night around midnight that I have to keep the bean today.  Why bosslady didn’t call and inform me earlier on in the day is beyond me.  But anyway he then later explains that the store has a visit tomorrow so she postponed leaving for her trip another day so that she could be present during the visit.  Ok, fine, whatever.  He later states that bosslady will be dropping the bean off at SIX AM.  I usually don’t acquire the bean until 7:30 in the morn.  I was so mad.  Not only was I mad because bosslady instead of calling and telling me…the one keeping her kid…that I will be working tomorrow but that I have to get up extremely early to keep him.  I asked her this morning what time they would be picking him up.  She told me she was leaving the store after the visit.  That it would be a short day.  Her husband was supposed to get off between 12-2pm to pick him up if she hadn’t done so already.

I just called hubby and he said that she left the store over an hour ago.  He thinks she went home to pack before she comes and picks up the bean.   *Grumbles*  I thought this was supposed to be a short day.  Here it is 2pm and no sign of the parental units.  Thankfully the little ones are taking a nap so I get a few seconds of peace.

On the car note…My father called this morning and offered to pay to get the car fixed.  The repair man came around 9:30 this morning and took the battery out of my car to the shop to charge.  He also stated that he would be back around 1:30 or 2 pm.  Like I stated before it is 2 pm.  No phone calls from the repariman, no phone calls from the bean’s parents.  What is with people not contacting people now a days if they are going to be late?  Where is everyone’s manners?  If you are going to say you are going to be somewhere at a certain time then, be there!  Sheesh!!!  Is that too much to ask.  One tiny phone call to state that you are later than expected.

Oh and did I mention that hubby took both of my vaccuum cleaners [don’t ask why we have two] to the store THREE DAYS ago and still hasn’t brought a single one back.  Why did he have to take both of them?  Why doesn’t the store have their own vaccuum cleaners?  I don’t think I’ve showed ya’ll my living room yet, but I have a black area rug in front of the sofa with asian writtings on it that requires vaccuuming everyday.  Now how am I suppose to vaccuum without a vaccuum.  Going on four days now without vaccuuming that rug and it looks horrible.  It is the first thing that you see when you walk in my house and the center attraction for the rugrats [aka children] hence it needs to be cleaned daily.  I hate it.  I’m not a clean freak by any means but when something is dirty you just gotta clean it.  It bugs me to no end.  I put a blanket over it but all that does is hide the secret goo underneath.  I WANT MY VACCUUM CLEANER!

Ok, I think I’m done venting.  You may now resume to your regularly scheduled program.
