MopTop is a line of products designed to tame frizzy, unmanageable hair. Since I have naturally wavy hair that has also been colored, I knew that it would be a true test to see if MopTop could really live up to the name. I have tried several products on the market that all claim to calm the frizz and give me subtle wavy locks but none have lived up to the the name except for MopTop! When you receive MopTop you also receive some instructions to strip your hair of all the prior products that you’ve been using with a mixture of baking soda and conditioner. It may sound weird but MopTop claims that it helps. I did as the instructions told me to and started basically from scratch. Now what frizzy, dry hair needs is hydration and lots of it. MopTop penetrates with moisture offering a smoother appearance. So I should show you a picture of my before shot. This was taken by my father, the super great photographer that he is, of me blogging prior to using MopTop.

Notice how my hair in the above photo is kind of frizzy and dry looking. You can see that I have wave in my hair which is natural. Now here is the after photo of using MopTop.

The photo above has not been altered. The only products that were used in the photo above are that of MopTop’s. You can definitely notice a difference in my hair. It is alot curlier! Yes, curls girls!!! This product made my waves practically turn into ringlets. No, I did not use a curling iron to get these results. I used the shampoo, conditioner, and detangler/refresher spray from the MopTop line.

For curly headed kids they also offer a line of products for children called “Fuzzy Duck”. How cute is that name? The MopTop line works great on my son, pnut’s hair. If you do not know my son is multiracial and has curly hair. The detangler/refresher spray works wonders on his hair. It looks really great and smells great!
