Everyday just about I hear or see my neighbors all around me racking their leaves in their yards. Their driveways are perfect without a single leaf on them. In the morning I wake up and go outside to see that the yards and driveways that were perfect the day before now have leaves on them again. Ingredients:
5-6 russet potatoes
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper
water
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Boil in slightly salted water for approximately 10-15 mins. (until potato cube is tender and easily cut with fork). Drain.
Return to pot, add stick of butter, milk, salt, pepper. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
Wah-lah! Easy as that.

Oh my gosh, ya’ll, I am so tired! So I promised I was going to update on Sunday but said that before I didn’t think I was going to be sick with a 100+°F fever and a headache that hurt worse than had I whacked myself in the head with a hammer.
