Yesterday, my internet kept going in and out not allowing me to get any work done so I had not choice but to craft! It is amazing how dependable we think the internet is but when it is gone or not working properly we find ourselves doing things we would have never thought of doing before.
Anyway, I was extremely bored so I decided to recover our outdoor furniture cushions because I have been wanting to do this for a while now. The original seat covers were extremely shabby and needed to be recovered desperately!
The cushions came out beautifully. I am so glad I took the time to recover the cushions. Hubby was even impressed at how good they looked. He had never seen me sew before because I typically do all of my sewing projects while he is working. 
He was commenting and saying good things about my sewing skills the whole time I was crafting. It really made me feel good.
I hope to get some crafting done today. I will be making an apron and freezer paper stenciling a few items. I will be sure to show you then end results whenever I am finished.
So the other day I actually got to get out in my garden and do some work for a little while before it started to rain. Pnut and I played with bubbles for a little while and then I went “dead-heading” my flowers so that new growth could come out. I also put up the rest of our little white fencing that will border all of our gardens.
Some people may be wondering…”How do you garden with two kids?” Well we have a “baby jail” as my husband would call it, or a playpen to the common folk. We use that outside and outside only to keep beany entertained and not eating rocks or grass. Pnut pretty much just runs around playing or he will help me in the garden. 
Another alternative is using a Mei Tai with the Bean. I place him low on my back due to all the bending I due in the garden. He isn’t much of a fan of being worn but if he doesn’t want to be in the “baby jail” then we have no other choice if I want to attempt to get some work done. Or, I will wait until the bean takes his nap to do some gardening.
So it is possible to get things done with two kids, you just have to think creatively how you have to do it.

So I have been working on a new theme for my husband’s blog because he has been begging me for one and well, it just isn’t working out right. My head hurts so much from all the coding, uploading, and changing graphics that I think I am going to scream!
I will try again tomorrow, but if yahoo doesn’t let me do it then I’m just going to say fudge it and tell hubs to get over this whole new theme idea. I can’t keep living under this stress….LOL.
Oh how I wish I had a memory foam mattress. Me and my husband have been eyeballing these beauties for a while now but alas can not afford one. We are still on the same mattress bought at a yardsale when we were first married. I often times wake up with a cramped neck or back pain. It just isn’t good, people. I hope to be able to buy one with my blogging money one of these days which of course requires me to save it…ha ha. We shall see when and if that day ever comes.
In a month I will be staying in a hotel. I can not divulge to you what I am doing or where I am going until the “big day” but I can give you some hints on some great hotel deals.
