Dear Body,

We’ve got some shaping up to do. You see that calendar marked with that special date in a month, well I would like to look “hawt” on that day. I understand that you have stretch marks and can’t feel your own stomach due to all the scaring. That is fine, I’m not talking about that. You can’t change that. What you can change is that spare tire around your middle and those flabby thighs. The butt, you can keep the butt because I actually like its roundness and so does hubby, *nudge, nudge* if you know what I mean.

So what do you say? Are you in agreement with me? Can we try to meet our goals of ten pounds gone before our “big date”. I know you have 20 lbs. you are dying to see off of you but right now we are focusing on just 10 lbs. Ten lbs. lighter and you will feel better and just might be fitting into those burmuda shorts you are dying to wear on the beach. A bathing suit? We will worry about a bathing suit when we have shed those 10 extra pounds. Embrace your paleness for it is beautiful and that streaky orange mess you keep trying to be tan with doesn’t look good, sister, give it a rest. You are a pale girl and Pale is Beautiful (think Snow White).

Together we will give it 110%!!!!
