I have been doing some research on nuphedrine lately because lets face it, I have less than two weeks before my son turns one and I want all of my baby weight gone by the time his first birthday hits. I know realistically that I probably won’t lose these last 20 lbs. but I can at least do a little research and figure out what diet plan is going to work the best for me.

This is what I have learned about Nuphedrine. Nuphedrine has South African Hoodia in it. I have been a huge fan of hoodia since I took it to get rid of my baby weight with my first son, so far this is looking like a good weight loss pill. It also contains patented Advantra-Z. Now, I don’t know what Advantra-Z is but it claims to make you burn 500 calories a day.

I will do some more research on this diet pill before I come to any conclusions or even start taking it myself. I advise you to do the same, do all your research before you take any dietary supplements.
