Detox Foot pad ReviewI had mentioned before, that I was going to try out the Cleanse Patch which is a detox foot patch. I have never tried a foot patch before but I have read about them and have heard nothing but good things. These patches can be pretty expensive so you want to know that the one you are getting works. Well I tried it out and it was the weirdest experience I have ever had. I followed the directions and put the patches on my feet right before bed. In the middle of the night I woke up, like I had to pee, but felt my stomach cramping like I was about to start my period. I also had a weird headache. I went to the bathroom but there was no visit from aunt mary so I went back to sleep. In the morning I removed the foot patches which smelled like BBQ sauce. It was really gross but neat to see all the crap that the pads pulled out of my body.

I told my husband about me cramping and having a headache in the middle of the night and he told me that the foot patches are supposed to pull stuff from your guts hence while I was cramping. The next night I did the detox again and this time one of the pads was a dark brown color and the other one was a lighter tan color. I suppose I am getting a lot of the yucky stuff out of my system already. You are supposed to continue doing the detox until they are completely clean in the morning. I don’t know how long that takes.

One weird thing is that every time I smell BBQ sauce now, I think about detoxing foot pads. LOL. Although, I physically do not feel any different, I do believe these patches work because of the awful smell and brown goop that is on the pads in the morning. And if cramping isn’t evidence enough of it pulling the gross toxins from your gut, then I don’t know what else is. I suppose that is why they tell you to apply the foot pads before going to bed so if you do cramp you are less likely to notice it. I just so happened had to pee when I felt the effects of the foot patch.
