30-Day Challenge: Time to Weigh In for Week 1

Domestic Diva 30-Day ChallengeWell the dreaded time has come around where we all need to weigh in for the first week of the 30-Day Challenge. I don’t know about you but I had a horrible week. We had too many visits from family plus the hype of the summer that made me fail miserably. Today I am 142 lbs. I didn’t lose anything nor did I gain anything…I’m just stuck at the same weight that I’ve been at.

How to calculate your Weight Loss Percentage

Subtract current weight from original weight divide by original weight then mulitply by 100.

So mine would be 142-142=0/142=0×100=0.00%

Everyone that is participating in the 30-Day Challenge please submit your start weight, current weight, and percentage of weight lost in the comment section of this post. When everyone gets their numbers submitted I will calculate them all up to see who is in first place. You have until Friday to submit your numbers for this weeks weigh in.

Also to help you on your weight loss goal there is a giveaway currently running here at the Domestic Diva for a chance to win 1 of 4 $20 giftcards to Smoothie King. Make sure you enter!

Sadly, I’m in the same boat as you - zero pounds lost!

Starting weight 162, still 162 this week, so 0% weight lost

On a positive note though, I’ve exercised almost every day of the last week week - a huge improvement over previous fitness efforts. So, no weight loss, but I can see/feel a difference in muscle tone. I’ll take it!
