these are pretty awesome! we had one on our house, we changed the code every 5 or 6 months because the numbers would get worn in at times and we didn't want anyone watching (cause in today's world, you never know!) worked great it would let us know when the batteries were getting low, but then the dreaded day came when it got water in it and quit working.... funny story... for all those in the south who know how hot the summers get. there was steam rising off the roof one particularly hot day, the next door neighbor called the fire dept. they came out and was going to break the door down till they saw this lock then decided to wait good thing cause there was no fire and we couldn't afford to replace the door...(my dad arrived pretty quickly after they arrived so it wasn't a huge deal for them to have waited) its funny cause they thought the door was so high tech :)

I'm totally lusting after this, but my husband (who is the one who has twice locked himself out requiring my early return to the homefront on precious days out and once lost a set of keys in Office Max) is balking at the price. I think it's totally worth it.
