MeToday: Walmartians, Paula Deen, and Red Hair OH MY!

22 October 2008 8 Comments Disclosure

I love doing MeTodays but haven’t done one in a very long while so I thought I would get back into the spirit of things and hopefully get back into one of my favorite internet projects by recording one with my laptop camera. In this MeToday video you will hear me discuss my involvement with the Walmartians & Eleven Moms Project, my meeting with Paula Deen, and a new hair color for me.

Check it out! Remember you can comment on the video itself or you can leave one below on this post. If you don’t have an account with viddler you definitely should get one, it is so much cooler than youtube.com.

Something About: The Domestic Diva

Heather started blogging back in 2004 as a way to document her first pregnancy. Now two kidlets later, she enjoys sharing a glimpse into a Diva's world via video blogs (vlogs) and a daily self-portrait challenge (via the 365 days Flickr group). She can be seen around the blogosphere in various online campaigns such as the Walmart Moms, Velveeta it! Kitchenistas, Lee Fit Ambassador, and her latest involvement with Tropicana as a Juicy Insider. Drea….my husband, of course. He is the best and the boys love to have their special daddy time and understand that mommy has to go away occasionally for business.

Love your style, love this video. I just won a flip camera from one of the other 11 moms giveaways so I’m sooo excited about doing videos myself. SOOO did you get a new laptop? I thought yours died?

Alysa…Yes, my laptop did in fact die during my trip to Bentonville, Arkansas to visit Walmart Headquarters. I did some shopping around with my already stretched budget and found a new laptop to replace the one that got fried. I couldn’t go too long without my windows laptop because that is how I make my money with graphic design but that is besides the point, yes I love my new laptop and plan on sharing my unboxing experience with you all through a video that should be coming up later on this week (gotta finishe the editing process) so stay tuned for that. Don’t worry though guys I still have my ibook and I love it to death but just can not part with a windows laptop due to business purposes.
