The Step ‘n Shine wireless night lighting system is a very cool concept and something that I have really enjoyed testing out in my own home. What the Step ‘n Shine is essentially a bath mat with a light attached to it, when you step on the mat it automatically lights up it also sends a signal to a second light that you have placed somewhere in the house that will also turn on when the mat is activated. This is great for late night trips to the bathroom or kitchen. With having two small children we constantly have a pile of toys in the boys room on the floor now with the Step ‘n Shine I don’t have to worry about stepping on any of those toys when I go to check on them late in the night. It also helps in letting me know when the boys get out of the bed. By placing the mat next to my child’s bed and the extra light in my room as soon as they get out of the bed the light in my room will go off letting me know that someone is up and out of bed.

The Step N Shine Light Zone Deluxe is a unique gift that not many people will think of this Holiday season but is something that I could definitely see myself giving as a gift to someone that is either elderly or has small children in their home.
