Do you eat breakfast every day? I’ll admit I’m one of those people that knows breakfast is an important start to one’s day but I don’t eat breakfast on a daily basis. My kids on the other hand LOVE breakfast time. Oatmeal, cereal, pancakes…if it’s a breakfast food they are all for it. February is Heart Health Month. Quaker wants to bring awareness to the importance of heart health through their new program “Nourish What Counts”. Quaker says “it starts with breakfast” and can take “as little as 5 minutes a day”. Check out the Quaker: Nourish What Counts page to find out more information on different steps you and your family can take towards better heart health. While there also check out Quaker’s Recipes for ideas on cooking up some heart healthy dishes for your family using Quaker products.
