On a recent trip to Bentonville, I had the opportunity to have a sneak peek at all of the fun craft products that Walmart has to offer. What is so fun about a craft project is that they make great, unique gifts. Walmart has several craft kids for both girls and boys that are great for gift giving.
This Doodle Deco Wall Clock Craft and 10,000 beads jewelry design kit are just a few examples of craft kits that Walmart has especially for girls. I know if they had something like this when I was a little girl, I would have loved to get it as a gift.
Let’s talk more about crafts for boys, since afterall I have nothing but boys in my household. Can boys be crafty too? Absolutely. My little guys love to create things so I’m happy to see that Walmart does indeed carry craft kits just for boys. As soon as the Catapult Wars craft arrived, the kidlets have been begging to try it out. Since they have such a high interest in these crafts, I started looking into other Boy Crafts that Walmart carries. The Marshmallow Shooter or Paint your own Dinosaur kit would probably be our next boy craft picks. I think the Zombie Creator would be a great craft the boys could do as a gift for their Dad on Father’s Day since he is a huge Walking Dead fan.
Walmart doesn’t just have craft products for kids but they also have products for adults to craft with as well. For example, in the image above is an assortment of beads that Walmart offers. With these metal lined beads from Mix and Mingle one could make a completely customized and personalized bracelet, necklace, or earrings to give as a gift for the Holidays. These beads are one of my personal favorites. I just love DIY jewelry.
When I’m crafting my own jewlery, however, the kidlets sometimes want to make their own. The Made-by-Me Bead Pets is the perfect side project for the kidlets to create alongside Mom.
These are just a few of the craft kits that Walmart has to offer. There is a lot more craft kits available in Walmart Stores that would make great, unique gifts this Holiday.
Do you like to give craft kits as Holiday gifts? Or do you prefer to give a completed craft as a gift?
