Have you heard? Neutrals are in! Whether its spring, summer, fall or winter you can’t go wrong with gorgeous nude toned eyeshadows dusted across the lids of your beautiful eyes. With the popularity of high end neutral eyeshadow palettes, as a makeup junkie I’ve been anxiously awaiting more affordable dupes to hit the market. Soon the Revealed Palette by Coastal Scents was…uh…”revealed”. This gorgeous eye shadow palette contained colors to compliment any eye color and skin tone but there was something to be desired. Then the Revealed 2 palette was released with its everyday neutral colors and inexpensive price tag, I was hooked!
I thought that I loved the original Revealed Eye Shadow Palette from Coastal Scents. I recently was able to get an amazing deal on the Revealed 2 Eyeshadows palette, 50% off during a sale. As soon as it arrived I couldn’t wait to start swatching the individual eye shadows. Just like the original Revealed palette, the Revealed 2 also has 20 pigmented and creamy eye shadow colors to play with.
When I look at this palette my eye is immediately drawn to the rich plume and rose toned shades. Since I just changed my hair color for fall to a rich auburn shade these shades compliment my new hair color perfectly. The rosy, plum shades make my blue eyes pop and stand out. Since I draw more attention to my eyes when doing my makeup this is perfect for me. There are so many ways that this palette can be worn with a seemingly endless combinations of individual eye shadow shades.
Always paired with an eyeshadow primer, this is one palette that I continually reach for day in and day out. Eyeshadow palettes are the perfect way to change up your everyday makeup look. Whether it’s the Revealed, the Revealed 2 palette, a combination of both, or another eye shadow palette all together, with a beautiful array of colors to choose from each day its easy to mix and match to create a variety of makeup looks from just one product.
What do you think of the Revealed palettes?
