We all want our kids to eat a little more vegetables, right? As a parent I’m always looking for new ways to add more vegetables into my family’s diet. I was recently sent the Green Giant Veggie Tots to try out and I’m pretty impressed. These poppable veggie snacks only require a few minutes in the oven to prepare making them a simple way to add veggies to any meal. We are a homeschooling family so I typically prepare both lunch and dinner from scratch on most days. I like the option of having these in the fridge for those really busy days where I really can’t spend more than a few minutes in a kitchen preparing a meal. All I have to do is heat and they are ready to eat. My husband loved the broccoli and cheese flavor that we tried, I like that they are a healthier alternative to traditional tots. Interested in trying them out with your family? Snag a $1 off coupon here.

When I think of my childhood lunches, I remember loving peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. My favorite way to enjoy a peanut butter and jelly sandwich has always been with the crust off. The Advance Pierre PB Jamwich is not only a kid favorite but an adult favorite as well. These perfectly crustless peanut butter and jelly sandwich are life-savers to have on hand in your freezer. They are super simple to grab and go when you are in a rush to get out the door. They are also the perfect companion on field trip days. Pack them frozen in the morning and by the time lunch rolls around it will be thawed and ready to eat. With two flavor combinations, strawberry or grape jelly, there is sure to be an Advance Pierre PB Jamwich your family will love.

Have you ever seen Sensible Portions Garden Veggie Straws in the store and wonder if they taste good? Not only did I become an instant fan of Veggie Straws after my first taste but so did the rest of my family. Yes, even the kids were raving about this better-for-you snack. Available in flavors like Sea Salt and Zesty Ranch, these individual portioned bag multipacks make for an ideal lunchbox snack. I’m definitely adding these to my grocery list to have on hand for my boys when they are craving a crunchy snack.

I know I’ve mentioned before how I am not much of a morning person. Early mornings have never really been my thing. My boys both have early morning classes that require their attendance, so when it comes to breakfast it is always something quick and simple at our house. Whether it’s cereal, granola bar, or something I’ve baked the night before the one requirement I have when it comes to breakfast is that it has to be quick to grab and portable. ENTENMANN’S® Little Bites® Chocolate Chip Muffins checks all the boxes when it comes to a simple, grab on-the-go breakfast. Individually packaged these tiny muffins are incredibly delicious. They are easy to throw in a bag or pack in a lunchbox for a small baked snack when you are short on time. At less than 200 calories per pouch, ENTENMANN’S® Little Bites® muffins its easy to find a favorite out of the 10 different flavors available. I’m also loving that they contain no trans fat or high fructose corn syrup.

Everyone likes a little sweet treat every once and a while, right? If you are a fan of sour candy, you’ll love Sour Punch: Real Rainbow Straws. I love, love, love seeing natural ingredients used in packaged products. These Sour Punch: Real Rainbow Straws contain no artificial flavors or colors. Flip the package over and read what Sour Punch: Real Rainbow Straws are made of, you’ll find better-for-you ingredients listed like lemon, tangerine, strawberry, and apple for flavor as well as turmeric, beta carotene, vegetable juice, and spirulina for color.

What if you are on-the-go when hunger strikes? What do you typically do? I always have some sort of protein bar in my purse in case someone gets hungry while we are out and about. Doing this saves me from having to stop somewhere and possibly grabbing a not-so-healthy fast food option. These RXBARs are a healthy packaged snack that anyone can throw in their purse or bookbag for those just in case moments. RXBAR is made with simple ingredients so much so that just reading the label you’ll only find clean whole foods in them like egg whites, fruits, and nuts. Looking to switch up your protein bar, use the code BabbleBoxx15 to get 15% off your first order of RXBARs at

Lastly, no back-to-school lunch is complete without a convenient to carry drink to pack. Fruit Shoot in Fruit Punch is the classic flavored beverage that kids will love and parents can feel good about as it contains real fruit juice. With no high fructose corn syrup and no artificial flavors, Fruit Shoot is a convenient way to stay hydrated when you are on the go.

What are some of your favorite on-the-go products your family uses during busy school days?

Yum, my daughter would love all of these things in her lunch. I do those Little Bites bags often. I enjoy them too.

Ohh they definitely look very delicious! Almost addictiv so the kids would only eat the “veggies” at the end!? To be honest, we always have fresh apples, carottes ect cutted put on the table everyday. If my daughter want something to snack she knows where to get it. We have been doing this since birth and rarely gave in so it had been working. And the rules is one fruit and she get one sweet.
