Welcome to the Domestic Book Club. The Domestic Book Club is a place to get together in our own time from the comfort of our own homes to read and discuss one book a month.
How it Works:
Each book will be featured on this dedicated Domestic Book Club page which can be accessed at any time to see what book we are currently reading or have already read.
Choose any book that we are currently reading or have already read, and begin reading in your own time. It is up to you what book you choose to read for that month. You can start reading at any time.
At the end of each month, look for a post about the book you chose. In this post I will share my thoughts and other interesting information that I might have come across in my month of reading. In the comment section of that post, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the book of the month.
Read Along: September 2019 Book of the Month
This book is written by the famous “mommy blogger”, Heather, about her struggle with depression. She will do anything to not keep feeling this way, including dying. For years she endured this battle. This book is her personal account of what happened. She is very open, honest, and real with how depression made her feel and the effect it had on her life. The decisions she made that finally lead up to her making that one decision that would change everything.
Other Book Club Books To Choose From:

Scribd has a great selection of ebooks AND audiobooks to choose from. Unlike other online book services, Scribd is different in the way that a monthly subscription gives you access to both read ebooks AND listen to audiobooks through their app or website. You can download the books to read or listen offline. They have a great selection of publishers and you will often times find many popular books. If you have never tried Scribd before, snag 2 free months of reading with my referral link and give it a try. Of course, after the free trial you can cancel if you are not into it. However, if you choose to stick with it, a Scribd monthly subscription is less than $10 a month.
