Ahhh grilling. It is something that sort of just comes with summer. Why that is I’m not really sure. But it seems that as soon as the weather gets warm we start enjoying more time outside and heating up the grill. What if you could grill all year round no matter what the weather.

Because of the non-stick surface it is super easy to clean. We have been using our indoor grill nearly everyday since we got it.

Remember that guy with the weird hair that hosted the MTV VMAs some years back? Well that guy was Russell Brand, a comedian that is hugely popular overseas. He is trying to bring his successes over to the US and with his new DVD Russell Brand in New York City 
I think he just might make it. To me he is funny. It is funny to see him on the streets of New York not really getting recognized like he would if he was in his hometown. The majority of the standup routine is about his involvement with the MTV VMAs. He dishes about what goes on back stage, what it was like to work with Britney Spears, etc. Rumor has it that he was asked to host the 2009 MTV VMAs so we shall see how that goes. I was impressed with Russell’s stand-up, or maybe I just have a schoolgirl crush on him, so I went and got his book My Booky Wook: A Memoir of Sex, Drugs, and Stand-Up for my kindle iPhone application. I’ve been enjoying reading it every second I get since I downloaded it (btw it is cheaper to get the book via Kindle and the iPhone app is currently free to download on your iPhone). Russell is definitely a unique type of character, not everyone is going to love him but I certainly do.
Aaron Barnhart’s album “Missing Pieces” recently launched on May 26, 2009. Ever since receiving my copy earlier this month, I’ve had it playing in the background in my office. I love his voice, it is very calming. I had never heard of Aaron before receiving his CD but I am so glad that someone gave me his CD because I think he is pretty flippin’ fantastic.
Another artist that has equally great talent is Diane Birch with her new CD entitled Bible Belt. She is so beautiful to listen to. I love how she plays the piano. The Elevenmoms saw her perform at a special luncheon while attending SXSW. What an awesome treat! She is also on MySpace so go and friend her. Don’t know what I’m talking about? It is summer and many of us are planning on spending our time out doing things, going to events, etc. With the little one in toe in can be a challenge but I have a couple of products to tell you about that might help your adventure with baby a little less nerve racking.

So what is this new Maybelline Pulse Perfection mascara? It is actually one of Maybelline’s newest lines of mascara. What makes it different from all of the rest is that this mascara actually vibrates!
