Ingredients
1cupyogurt(favorite flavor)
2tbspchia seeds
2-3favorite fruits
1tbsphemp seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, combine yogurt and chia seeds until mixed together well. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or until chia seeds are plump.
Cut up 2-3 of your favorite fruits into cubes and place on top of yogurt.
Sprinkle hemp seeds (or other seeds that you prefer) on top of your buddha bowl. Then, enjoy!
