This fruit and yogurt buddha bowl is a simple, healthy breakfast idea that can be put together quickly while still providing the necessary nutrients to help kick start your day. Made in one bowl & easily customizable to each individuals tastes, this recipe is sure to be a hit with the entire family.

  • 1 cup yogurt (favorite flavor)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 favorite fruits
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt and chia seeds until mixed together well. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or until chia seeds are plump.

  2. Cut up 2-3 of your favorite fruits into cubes and place on top of yogurt.

  3. Sprinkle hemp seeds (or other seeds that you prefer) on top of your buddha bowl. Then, enjoy!
