based on this recipe, tweaked by me, to make it my own. I made these as christmas gifts this year, instead of giving people something they probably wouldn’t use, why not give them something to eat!
Peanut Butter Brownie Mix in a Jar
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter chips
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, place in jar and pat down. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients in order, to make different layers.
Attach card to jar with the following instructions:
Preheat oven 350*F
Grease and flour 9×13 in. baking pan
Empty contents of jar into large mixing bowl
Mix in 3/4 c. melted butter and 4 eggs until combined
Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Cool completely in pan. Cut & Enjoy. Merry Christmas!
