Mini Bacon Cheeseburgers

  • 1 lb. ground turkey meat [you can also subsitute regular hamburger meat but when baked oozes a “goey” substance onto the bread, but if you aren’t afraid of goo or fat by all means go for the hamburger]
  • 18 slices of plain white sandwich bread with the crust cut off
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 ounces of shredded or cubed sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together all ingredients except for the bread. Roll burger mixture into 18 balls. Lightly grease your muffin tin and place one slice of bread in each cup. Then place on burger ball in each cup. Bake for 15-20 mins or until done in the middle.
