Ingredients:

  • 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 dozen eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In a greased, oven safe dish, place half of the macaroni in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Top with remaining cooked macaroni noodles and 2 cups cheese. In a seperate bowl whisk dozen eggs with half and half. Pour all over macaroni and cheese.

Bake for 30 mins or until middle is set.
