Directions:
In a Slow Cooker place chicken stock, roast, and one whole onion. Cook on medium for 8 hrs until the roast literally falls apart when touched.
You’ve reminded me that I haven’t made my potroast in a long time. I have to actually make it with the recipe that my Mother in law uses, frankly cause even I think it’s better than mine. It’s basically everything you just listed in yours, only add about two or three packages of brown gravy mix and slow cook it for about a whole day.
