Ingredients:
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
2 eggs
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb hamburger meat
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Brown hamburger meat in skillet. Once browned, drain. Return to pan, add spaghetti sauce. Turn on low heat simmer while pasta cooks.
Boil slightly salted water in a pot. Add pasta and cook for 3 minutes or until al-dente’. Drain.
In the pot that you cooked the pasta, whisk together eggs and parmesan cheese. Toss with drained pasta.
In a medium sized baking dish, ladel half of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the greased dish. Top with spaghetti mixture. Add remaining sauce and top with mozarella cheese. Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.

do you have to use angel hair pasta, or can any pasta work the same?
