

1 pkg. of Keebler’s Grasshopper Cookies or Any sort of chocolate covered mint cookies [ex. Thin Mints from the Girl Scouts]
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 egg
walnuts
Directions:
Cut a slice from the refrigerated sugar cookie dough. Cut the slice in half, place a thin mint cookie in the middle of the sugar cookie dough. Work the dough around the thin mint cookie until you can no longer see any of the thin mint cookie. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Beat 1 egg and brush tops of cookies with egg. Top cookies with walnuts. Repeat until you run out of dough and thin mints.
Bake 375°F for 8-10 mins.
