Honey Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups oats
3 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:
Combine water, oil, honey, brown sugar, and yeast in a bowl until yeast is dissolved. Slowly add in salt, oats, and flour until combined. Knead for ten minutes by hand until elastic.

Place dough in an oiled loaf pan, cover and let rise. When doubled in size bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Tastes best if served with cinnamon butter, apple butter, or honey butter.
