

1 1 oz. box instant Sugar-Free/Fat-Free Vanilla Pudding mix
1 11 oz. box reduced-fat vanilla wafers
1 8 oz. light whipped topping
1 cup skim or 1% milk
Directions
Mix together milk and pudding until it begins to thicken. Fold in whipped topping. Layer cookies on the bottom of serving dish, pour pudding mixture on top. Cover the pudding mixture with a layer of cookies. Cover & Refridgerate overnight or until cookies become soft.

the combination of cool whip and vanilla pudding tastes just like cake batter it is wonderful. Me and my husband will often times just eat that without the nilla wafers.
