Mother’s Day is fast approaching. I know my husband and/or kidlets are probably racking their brains as to what to get Mom for Mother’s day. I think it’s fun this time of year to drop some hints to help my family to help them find the perfect gift. Whether or not I get the gift that I really want, it’s the fun leaving the hints around the house none the less.

One may be wondering, so what do you want for Mother’s Day? Well since I first heard of the wonderful iPad I’ve been drooling over it constantly. And an iPad just so happens to be sold at Walmart. Now I do have my doubts on getting an iPad anytime soon but it doesn’t hurt to try :)

So with a Sharpie & sticky note in hand, I went to leaving clues around the house. I picked highly visited spots for my kids and husband to see like:

In the Refrigerator

Next to the Towels

And YES even there!

But in all honesty, Mother’s Day isn’t about what I get. It’s about spending that day with my family and watching my husband play Mr. Mom for the day (he likes to cook, clean, and take on any other Mom roles that I would normally do on any given day)…it’s a wonderful sight, something that I look forward too every year, and something I would definitely trade an iPad over any day.

What do you hope to get for Mother’s Day?

How do you let your family know what you would like for Mother’s Day?
