One of my least favorite activities has got to be house cleaning. From dishes to vacuuming, cleaning the house isn’t very much fun. I am constantly on a quest to find new products that will make my cleaning routine a little easier. Trying new products, like a new spin mop and bucket system, puts the fun back into house cleaning.
I was recently contacted by O-Cedar to try out their new EasyWring spin microfiber mop and bucket system. When it comes to cleaning our kitchen floors we’ve gone through our fair share of products. We’ve tried everything from steam mops to basic mops and buckets.
The EasyWring Spin Mop and Bucket System by O-Cedar makes traditional mopping a lot easier.
The built in EasyWring foot pedal on the bucket allow you to control the amount of water in your mop. Push the foot pedal down once for a damp mop, for a drier mop continue to pump the pedal on the bucket. The triangular design of the mop head allows you to easily reach into corners. And the mop head also pivots so you can squeeze underneath furniture.
In the box, you get everything you need to start cleaning your floors: the bucket with foot pedal, a microfiber mop head, and a telescoping handle. The microfiber mop head is made to be use on all hard floors like wood, tile, laminate, marble, and linoleum.
The microfiber strands are super soft so you don’t have to worry about scratching up your floors. The splash guard keeps the mess in the bucket and the foot pedal keeps your hands clean. You don’t have to bend over and wring out the mop getting your hands dirty making mopping more of a chore than it has to be. The adjustable handle makes the entire unit easier to store away in a cabinet or closet.
Unlike a traditional mop, the microfiber EasyWring spin mop heads can be detached from the base of the telescoping handle and washed by hand or thrown into a washing machine. The EasyWring spin mop heads can be machine washed up to 10 times before needing to be replaced. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach and always lay them flat to dry completely before their next use. Look for O-Cedar Microfiber EasyWring spin mop refills and the complete microfiber EasyWring spin mop and bucket system is available at online retailers and at Walmart stores.
