Moms you know how much of a struggle it can be to get the kids to eat their vegetables. My family and I recently switched to a vegetarian based diet. In doing so we have opened our entire world up to a new way of eating. Going vegetarian has made us look differently at the foods that we have been eating. We have been consistently adding more vegetables into our diets and are always up to trying new things on this food adventure.

Here in the south, particularly at BBQ restaurants, they serve a side dish commonly known as corn nuggets which are essentially deep fried creamed corn. One bite of the new Green Giant Corn Veggie Tots and it was like I had stepped into one of my favorite restaurants. The family unanimously agreed that the Green Giant Corn Veggie Tots were a winner. I like that I can get that restaurant quality taste conveniently at home so we can indulge in a family favorite without going out to eat. Oh my gosh the fight to get our oldest to eat vegetables is so intense. She would definitely eat the corn puffs but I’m not sure about the sweet potato and cauliflower ones. It’s definitely worth the try!!
